WOODBINE – “A Night To ReMarvel” was an event in Woodbine to celebrate the heroes and protectors of the community.
The children got to see super heroes like Capt. America and Wonder Woman but they also saw the real-life heroes of the community, like the police officers of the Woodbine New Jersey State Police station and the Woodbine Volunteer Fire Department.
The community decided to reward the state trooper station of Woodbine with a Real Hero Award. Trooper Mauro attended to receive it on the behalf station.
The Woodbine Volunteer Fire Department also received a “Real Hero Award” for its efforts to keep the community safe. Firefighter William Bailey received it on behalf of the Woodbine Volunteer Fire Department.
“A Night To ReMarvel” was an event to inspire the children to see what others do for the community and hopefully influence them to do good as well.
