Cape Assist Lists 'Achieving Personal Balance' Classes to Help Cope with Stress

WILDWOOD – Stressed? Attend Cape Assist’s “Achieving Personal Balance” This 12-week program is designed to help participants balance work and personal stress. “This program will help attendees modify or eliminate sources of stress and teach them coping techniques to handle the stress they can’t eliminate,” stated Temerity Berry, Cape Assist director of preventative services in a release.
Lunch will be provided, and if a participant completes the full program, they will receive a $50 gift card.
“Achieving Personal Balance” Program
Every Monday & Wednesday * 11:30am-12:30pm
from Oct. 10 through Nov. 19 on the following days:
Oct. 10,15,17, 22, 24, 29, 31 and Nov. 5, 7,12,14 and 19
Cape Assist, 3819 New Jersey Ave., Wildwood.
Registration is required. Classed fill quickly.
Babysitting will be available onsite.
