CAPE MAY – Coast Guard and Marine Mammal Stranding Center (MMSC) personnel released a dolphin back to sea approximately five miles off Cape May Inlet Monday afternoon, March 20.
The dolphin had become beached off Hereford Inlet near Wildwood Monday morning. Personnel from the MMSC out of Brigantine recovered the beached dolphin and provided it necessary medical attention.
MMSC personnel rode along on Station Cape May’s 45-foot Response Boat-Medium to release the dolphin back into open waters.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
