Sinking of CG’s ‘Perfect Storm’ Cutter Rescheduled

CAPE MAY – The sinking of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Tamaroa has been rescheduled, The Press of Atlantic City reports.  
The 205-foot ship, which was involved in the “Perfect Storm” rescue efforts and also saw action in World War II, is scheduled to be sunk May 10 to become part of an artificial reef 26 miles off the Jersey shore coast, the report continued.
