WILDWOOD – Over 1,000 brides-to-be, grooms and their guests lined up to attend the 6th Annual Wildwoods Spring Bridal Fair in the beautiful Oceanfront Arena at the Wildwoods Convention Center on March 23.
The Wildwoods Spring Bridal Fair, the largest Bridal Fair in Southern New Jersey, featured over 80 vendors – including wedding venues, florists, bakeries, caterers, salons, spas, limo and trolley companies, honeymoon destinations, DJs, wedding announcement printers, photographers, videographers and many more. In addition, the Bridal Fair provided a vast selection of menu samplings as well as elegant wedding tabletop displays.
Technology stole the show and provided many alternative ways to make the big day more high-tech and creative while still holding on to traditional values. iPad displays presented an all-in-one seating chart, guest book and card holder. A twist on an old favorite – photo booths have been reinvented with the latest video technology and become a must-have item for the big day! Guests step into the photo booth and the high-speed camera records a four to 10-second video using props and slow motion effects. Guests then use a digital screen to pick and choose which one of their favorite still images and videos they would like to print, upload to social media, websites or e-mail.
One lucky bride-to-be won a five-day, four-night dream honeymoon at Secrets St. James in Montego Bay, Jamaica, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort, courtesy of Berman Travel and AM Resorts. Door prize drawings also took place throughout the day. Guests participated in fun contests and won great prizes courtesy of Memoreys by Morey’s Piers & Resorts.
