Mazurie Attains Rank of Eagle Scout

By Press Release

Sea Isle City Boy Scout Troop 76 announces that John S. Mazurie, III, 15 of Ocean View was recognized by the BSA, troop, family, friends and numerous dignitaries on Saturday, March 29 for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
John, who holds the position of Senior Patrol Leader in his troop, chose to install blue reflective markers in the streets to mark each fire hydrant in Sea Isle as his Eagle project, thus benefitting the Sea Isle City Volunteer Fire Department in quick location of the hydrants. John’s future plans are to remain active in his troop and to work on the summer staff of the Science department at Ocknickon Scout Reservation in Bucks County, Pa.
