WEST CAPE MAY – The West Cape May Environmental Commission would like to invite the community to join in celebrating Earth Day by cleaning up your neighborhood or street. Members of the commission will be cleaning up Sunset Blvd. in West Cape May on Sat., April 21. Anyone is welcome to come and help out. Volunteers are asked to meet at 7:30 am at the Nature Conservancy parking lot on Sunset Blvd. The plan is to canvas both sides of Sunset Blvd. and collect trash and recyclables. Small children should be accompanied by an adult. You may come for any amount of time. Plastic trash bags and grabbers will be supplied. Please wear gloves. Please call West Cape May Boro Hall 609-884-1005 for more information or if you are planning to bring a large group.
