Cape Tech Students Enjoy a Real World Experience

Cape May Tech Communication Arts Technology students enjoy a real world shadowing event with a trip to New York NBC TV.

CREST HAVEN — Recently, students in the Communication Arts Technology Program of Study enjoyed a real world shadowing event with a trip to New York NBC TV, behind the scenes tours and famous 30 Rock Center. A highlight included the chance to be recorded in the real 30 Rock studio, on the former set of The Jimmy Fallon Show.
Mr. Christopher Jones, the Career/Technical Education (CTE) teacher, provides the technology training in this specialty area that prepares the student for employment in the broadcasting, writing, publication, art, and entertainment industries. More specifically, graduates from this program can advance to higher education or enter employment in the fields of television production, television broadcasting, audio production, journalism and computer graphics applications.
