CAPE MAY — Cape May Village Greene Civic Association will have its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 1:00 p.m. at the Lutheran Church, 509 Pittsburgh Ave., Sept. 9. The meeting is open to all residents and part time residents of Village Greene in Cape May City.
This month’s featured speaker is Alexander Smida. His illustrated presentation will be Cape May Tides and Times: Taking a Look Back at Things That Aren’t There Anymore. Mr. Smida has been a summer resident and Cottager of Cape May Point and Cape May for over 50 years. His presentation will be illustrated with his extensive collection of Cape May memorabilia.
The Village Greene Civic Association is a non-profit and non-political organization. The purpose of the Village Greene Civic Association is to seek and maintain a community high-standard quality-of-life for all the homeowners and residents of the Village Greene Development and to guard and promote the best interests for the property owners of Village Greene with City, County, State, and Federal Governments.
