Expedia.com surveyed 1,000 Americans and asked them to nominate their favorite towns in the U.S. The results were then broken down by how often each town was mentioned, and the top 25 were chosen. Among that top 25 is Cape May, ranking at number 14.

Coining itself as America’s First Seaside Resort, this coastal destination has been accommodating vacationers as early as 1766, so it certainly has had the advantage of absolutely perfecting its charm and allure.”
