HERSHEY, PA – Milton Hershey School (MHS) senior Rachel Seymour, from Cape May, recently competed at the 2019 District SkillsUSA Competition.
After competing against 22 technical schools from across Central Pennsylvania and applying her technical and professional abilities in the Job Interview category, Seymour received a gold medal.
She will advance to the state level where she will test her skills against students from across Pennsylvania. If she receives a gold medal at the state level, Seymour will move on to the National Championship.

Throughout her high school career, Seymour took specialized law, public safety, and security classes where she gained hands-on experience and public speaking skills along with additional career exposure and preparation.
