Cape May County Sheriff Hosts “Think Safety Day” at Cape May County Park

COURT HOUSE – Cape May County Sheriff Gary Schaffer will host “Think Safety Day” at the Cape May County Park and Zoo on Saturday, May 21, 2011. This free public event will take place from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the front section of the County Park located on Route 9 in Cape May Court House, New Jersey.
There will be information tables, safety demonstrations and safety checks throughout the day. Also, the public is invited to bring your bicycles for free safety inspections. Child safety seat inspections will be conducted, as well, and officers will be doing finger printing and DNA identification for children.
Mascots, including “Splash”, “Eddie Eagle” and McGruff” will be on hand to greet youngest and pose for Photos.
