The CEED Program in conjunction with County Freeholders proudly presents an annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk at the Cape May County Park & Zoo. Walkers proceeded around the park area at their own pace and received a free pink t-shirt for participating. Also, educational signage was posted along the trail and staff members of Cape Regional Medical Center and Cape Radiology were in attendance in order to distribute informational pamphlets on treatment and prevention and answer participants’ related questions. All proceeds from this annual event are donated to the American Cancer Society. The 2014 Walk will once again be held in the month of May.
