Cape May County Chamber to Offer Sexual Harassment Seminar, Feb. 9

COURT HOUSE – Stephanie Farrell, Esquire with Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law will present “Sexual Harassment 101” for business owners and managers at the Cape May County Chamber’s Feb. 9 educational session. The seminar will be held at the Atlantic Cape Community College, Cape May Court House Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House, N.J. from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
The session will cover topics including:
What is sexual harassment?
How do you identify it?
What do you do when you receive a complaint?
Who is liable for acts of sexual harassment?
How an owner or manager can protect their business from claims of sexual harassment
Register for the event at www.capemaycountychamber.com. The fee is $20 for Chamber members, $35 for non-members.
