Cape Assist to Hold Caregiver Assist Group in Woodbine

WOODBINE – Mayor William Pikolycky announced that Cape Assist will sponsor five sessions of a Caregiver Support Group, designed for caregivers looking for support and encouragement. 

 

According to a relase, topics include positive self-talk, deep breathing techniques, and support networks.

 

Sessions will be held at the Woodbine Community Center 812 Longfellow St., Woodbine.

 

The group will meet from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. March 6, 13, 20, 27, and April 3, 2020.

 

All those completing the five-week program will receive a $20 gift card at the end. 

 

“I encourage caregivers looking for support to attend these conveniently local sessions, which tie in well with my Mayor’s Wellness Campaign” stated Pikolycky.
