COURT HOUSE — Zoe Lord, ER Registration Clerk at Cape Regional Medical Center is the Service Excellence of the Month award recipient for Dec., 2013.
“Zoe does an excellent job in her ER Registration Clerk position. She is always friendly, welcoming and a great new employee trainer,” stated Ashley Brad, co-worker in ER Registration.
“Zoe has been a tremendous asset to the ER Registration team. She’s hardworking, flexible, and a team player. She greets patients and visitors, who are at times under a tremendous amount of stress or very ill, with friendliness and compassion. Very little unsettles Zoe. She’s a great teacher to new staff and is always willing to take the initiative,” stated Heidi Horner, Director of Patient Registration.
“I have been a part of the Cape Regional team and family for a little over a year. I could not imagine working anywhere else or with a better group of people. I am very grateful to be awarded this honor and to know that I’ve made a difference,” stated Lord. “I enjoy having the opportunity to make our patient’s experience a little less stressful and having them a little more at ease.”
Ms. Lord has been a team member since Nov., 2012. She lives in North Cape May and enjoys spending time at the beach and with her family.
