COURT HOUSE — Members of the Young Professionals Network of the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce volunteered to help our friends at the Cape May County Park and Zoo on June 18.
Participants assisted the gardening staff in the garden production of the new Honor Roll dedication. Scott Campbell of TD Bank and Chairman of the YPN said, “After volunteering I felt a real sense of accomplishment for helping get a needed project for the zoo completed.”
When visiting the Park & Zoo, take a look to the left of the zoo entrance to view the YPN’s landscaping efforts at the new Honor Roll dedication. Another YPN volunteer Jennifer Hutchinson, vice president of Operations at Rainbow International Restoration said “’My company supports me giving back to the community, and I personally love to take advantage of being able to do so as well.
“Our Park and Zoo is a cherished part of the community, so I couldn’t resist the opportunity to spend some time helping out there,” she continued.
Michael Laffey, Cape May County Park & Zoo Division director thanked the YPN for taking their time to volunteer and also said, “We rely heavily on volunteer groups and individuals as manpower to accomplish projects.”

The Young Professionals Network (YPN) is open to any entrepreneur in their, 20s and 30s and is a member of the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce or young professional whose employer is a member of the Chamber.
