WOODBINE – The Greater Woodbine Chamber of Commerce is looking for sponsors for its Oct. 8, 2016, Annual Car Show, which will be held along the Woodbine Route 550 bikepath.
Not only will these sponsorships defray the cost of the car show, but a portion of the proceeds will be donated to CASA, the Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children of Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
Trained CASA Volunteers speak in family court on behalf of abused and neglected children in the foster care system and are dedicated to ensuring these children are placed in safe permanent homes as quickly as possible. In Atlantic and Cape May Counties, over 1,000 children are placed in foster care annually. Last fiscal year, CASA served 550 abused and neglected children with 232 CASA Volunteers and helped place 146 children in permanent homes..
Court Appointed Special Advocates of Atlantic and Cape May Counties and its trained volunteers speak on behalf of abused and neglected children in the foster care system and are dedicated to ensuring these children are placed in safe permanent homes as quickly as possible.
Sponsors will be recognized at the Car Show and through advertisements, press releases, and radio spots; Platinum and Gold Sponsors will also receive complimentary exhibit space. The Chamber will prominently display a banner with the names of the sponsors.
The Chamber is also looking for donations for door prizes, such as gift baskets or gift certificates.
