By Press Release

WILDWOOD – The Wildwood Business Improvement District (WBID) has planned a Grand Finale to celebrate the successful first season of the Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market with a ‘Happy’ song and dance event this Aug. 30.
In addition to free parking, free DOO WW Magnets and Tote Bags, there will be a free Live Performance of “Happy” at 10 a.m. by Alicia Cacci Caprioni and Bill Caterini. Bill and Alicia have most recently collaborated on the album (Don’t Be A) Bully – Tolerant Songs For Young Folks, which will be released Sept. 9. Bring your friends and family and join the Downtown Wildwood Famers Market organizers and vendors in a market-wide ‘Happy’ dance.
The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market has attracted crowds to Downtown Wildwood from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., every Saturday this summer. Held on the corner of Pacific and Schellenger Avenues, visitors have been entertained by a balloon artist, stilt walker and 98.7 The Coast playing their music live while shoppers met the vendors and filled their tote bags with the great assortments of quality, fresh products.
The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market vendors and entertainers will all be back for one last week on Saturday, August 30. Grand Finale vendors include Busy Bees Honey, Crab Cake Hotline, Nummytown Farm, City2Shore Gourmet, Philly Bill’s Dills, SereniTEA, Gaiss’ Market, Fruitwood Farms, Balic Winery, Harry & Bean Coffee, S&S Kitchens, JM Ferrucci Farm, Rick’s Seafood, Duffinetti’s Restaurant, Whirly Pig Food Truck, Windy Acres Nursery, Anita’s Guacamole, Visalli Farms and Nuts World Wide. While you are there, be sure to stop by the Information booth to purchase a DOO WW Tee Shirt and pick up coupons and menus for Downtown Wildwood Businesses.
Walk, ride your bike or drive your car – there is something for everyone and plenty of free parking available in the municipal parking lot located between Schellenger and Oak Avenues, directly behind the Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market.
The Wildwood Business Improvement District (WBID) and the City of Wildwood are sponsoring the Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market with the support of the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement & Development Authority (GWTIDA).
