Wildwood Centennial Book Completed

By Sponsored Content

WILDWOOD – Beginning in the fall of 2012, the Wildwood Centennial Book Committee began the long process of research at the Wildwood Historical Museum. The reason behind this collaborative effort was to complete a book about the past 100 years of The City of Wildwood. In May 2013, 200 pages later, the book titled “A Century of Memories 1912-2012” was finalized, published and ready for sale. The full-color, hard bound centennial book tells Wildwood’s compelling story in rare postcards, photographs, maps and illuminating text. Throughout the summer, members from the committee were at various Wildwood events and festivals selling the books.
The Centennial books are currently for sale for $20 each at The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce and Wildwood City Hall. Your purchase of this beautiful book will be used towards positive efforts in creating a new memory.
After a long journey, a group of the committee gathered together for dinner at Sofia’s Italian Restaurant to celebrate the success of the finished book.
