Westy’s Irish Pub, an Irish style pub with a relaxing atmosphere on the corner of East Walnut and Old Anglesea Ave. is celebrating their 15th anniversary. In the past years, owners Peg and Art West have made many additions to their tavern, making it an even better hotspot then it has already become.

While they have entertainment mostly every night, some have been made a weekly event such as: Mondays S.I.N. (Server Industry Night) with DJ Matt Kelly featuring various drink specials, Thursdays on the deck is Gary Philips presenting Jimmy Buffett Night and food specials while StellarMojo rocks the inside for their Thirsty Thursdays.
Every Wednesday is Name That Tune Quizzo with Motormouth Matt and Sundays is Westy’s Beach Jam with DJ Jerry Smith with Name That Tune and hula hoop contests.
Westy’s Irish Pub serves breakfast on the patio from 8 a.m. to noon for the early risers, and for the night owls, enjoy one of Westy’s specialty drinks, Celtic Lemonade, with your meal.
Westy’s upstairs deck overlooks the ocean, and there is always a spectacular view. You are so close to the beach that most of the time you can hear the sound of the waves crashing.
Dine in the cool summer breeze while sampling crowd favorites such as: broiled crab cakes, chicken pot pie, and shepherd’s pie.
According to Chef Phil Petitt, other favorites are the ahi tuna special, “The Westy” char-grilled chicken sandwich, or any of their five signature salads with homemade dressings.
