COURT HOUSE – Volunteers in Medicine is preparing for our upcoming 3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk, which will be held at the beautiful Cape May County Park and Zoo on April 19 at 9:00 a.m.
Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) is a 501(c)(3) healthcare clinic that provides free health care to residents of Cape May County. Since opening in 2002, due to the outstanding community support from concerned individuals, families, businesses, organizations, municipalities, churches and county government, VIM has been able to serve more than 4,000 patients with over 26,000 clinic visits. The need for free primary care continues to be significant in Cape May County even with the impact of the Affordable Care Act.
