Two-day Job Recruitment Fair Set for April 12-13 at Cape May’s Emlen Physick Estate

CAPE MAY – Looking for a part-time position or to volunteer with a leading cultural and history organization in Cape May? Come to a Two-day Job Recruitment Fair on Wednesday, April 12 or Thursday, April 13. 
MAC has paid and volunteer opportunities available now. Applicants are invited to find out more about these opportunities on Wednesday, April 12 at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. and Thursday, April 13 at 4 p.m.
On Wednesday, April 12 at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. is an opportunity to connect with MAC and apply for opportunities for the following part-time paid positions and volunteer positions:
• Emlen Physick Estate Museum Guides
• Volunteers for Self-guided Tours of the Physick Estate.
On Thursday, April 13 at 4 p.m. is an opportunity to connect with MAC and apply for opportunities for the following part-time paid positions:
• Museum Educators
• Lighthouse Keeper Interpreters
• World War II Observer Interpreters
• Trolley Drivers
• Retail Associate
• Retail Inventory Clerk
• Carriage House Café & Tearoom Wait Staff
• Visitor Service Associates (customer service)
• Gardener
All applicants are encouraged to bring a summary of their qualifications with them.
The Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC) is a multifaceted not-for-profit organization committed to promoting the preservation, interpretation and cultural enrichment of the Cape May region for its residents and visitors. For over 45 years, MAC has promoted Cape May and presented tours, activities and events to the public that are engaging, entertaining and educational. MAC maintains, interprets and opens to the public three historic sites: the 1879 Emlen Physick Estate, at 1048 Washington St., the 1859 Cape May Lighthouse, near Cape May Point and the World War II Tower, on Sunset Boulevard. MAC operates a wide variety of Trolley Tours year-round and has three large outdoor festivals each year, along with food and wine events, seasonal activities and more. MAC operates the Carriage House Café & Tearoom from April through October on the grounds of the Physick Estate.
