Travel and Tourism Acting Director To Speak at Regional DMO Meeting

AVALON — The Southern Shore Regional Destination Marketing Organization (SSRDMO) will host acting executive director of the New Jersey State Division of Travel and Tourism, Grace Hanlon, on Wed., Oct. 20, 2:30-4:30 p.m.
Hanlon will greet the members, business community and organizations of the Cape May and Cumberland county tourism region at an in-formal reception at the Princeton, 2008 Dune Drive.
The SSRDMO manages the tourism marketing activities of Cape May and Cumberland counties as one of 20 DMOS currently operating in the state of New Jersey.
The SSRDMO is the only tourism agency in the region that has received more than $1.25 million in grant funding from the New Jersey State Division of Tourism to promote the region of Cape May and Cumberland counties as a premiere vacation destination.
