Thankful Thursday Benefits Volunteers in Medicine Free Clinics of South Jersey

By Press Release

Join us for Thankful Thursday at Cold Spring Brewery from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday June 15. Celebrate by raising a glass to those who serve the health and wellness needs of the medically uninsured and underserved population living in South Jersey – Volunteers in Medicine Free Clinics of South Jersey! Clinics like VIM benefit the community by helping people to stay healthy. People who are healthy are more likely to stay employed and less likely to suffer from chronic illnesses. They learn to participate in their own health care and subsequently pass this valuable knowledge on to their children. Healthy families create healthy communities and in every way, a healthy community is a better community!
Cold Spring Brewery is located on Route 626, 733 Seashore Rd., three miles north of Victorian Cape May and a mile and a half west of the southern terminus of the Garden State Parkway.
Historic Cold Spring Village is a non-profit, open-air living history museum that portrays the daily life of a rural South Jersey community of the Early American period. It features 27 restored historic structures on a 30-acre site.
Admission during the season is $12 for adults and $10 for children ages 3 to 12. Children under 3 are admitted free. Unlimited free admission is available with Village membership. For more information on events, membership, volunteering or booking private affairs, please call (609) 898-2300 or visit the Village website at www.hcsv.org.
