On Thursday, April 27 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cold Spring Brewery, celebrate by raising a glass to those who promote awareness of veterans needs. Veterans re-enter a world very different from what they experienced in combat. As they re-enter civilian life they often need a helping hand in a variety of different arenas. Citizens/Veterans Advisory Committee is there as one of the organizations to help. This group of volunteers provides immediate assistance as well as offers guidance for a variety of long-term needs. A portion of the proceeds raised during this Thankful Thursday will be donated to CVAC.
Cold Spring Brewery is located on Route 626, 733 Seashore Rd., three miles north of Victorian Cape May and a mile and a half west of the southern terminus of the Garden State Parkway.
