Thankful Thursday Benefits Cape May Veterans of Foreign Wars

By Press Release

Join us for Thankful Thursday on May 25 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cold Spring Brewery. Raise a glass in gratitude to the Cape May VFW! The Cape May VFW is a place for veterans of current and past wars to come and be with their fellow brothers and sister in arms. To be able to share experiences and fill the camaraderie void that exiting the military has created. The VFW is also a resource center for veterans of the community. The VFW building is currently undergoing a renovation project to make it sustainable for many years to come. A portion of the proceeds raised will be donated to Cape May Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Cold Spring Brewery at Historic Cold Spring Village is located on Route 626, 733 Seashore Rd., three miles north of Victorian Cape May and a mile and a half west of the southern terminus of the Garden State Parkway.
Historic Cold Spring Village is a nonprofit, open-air living history museum that portrays the daily life of a rural South Jersey community of the Early American period. It features 27 restored historic structures on a 30-acre site. Admission during the season is $12 for adults and $10 for children ages 3 to 12. Children under 3 are admitted free. Unlimited free admission is available with Village membership. For more information on events, membership, volunteering or booking private affairs, please call (609) 898-2300 or visit the Village website at www.hcsv.org.
