Thankful Thursday at Cold Spring Brewery Benefits East Lynne Theater Company

By Press Release

Cold Spring Brewery at Historic Cold Spring Village is helping nonprofit organizations with its Thankful Thursday Events in February and March, and one of these is the Equity professional East Lynne Theater Company. ELTC, sited by Howard Shapiro for WHYY TV and Radio for “its polished and professional acting,” is having its Special Thursday on March 9 from 4 to 8 p.m.
Come celebrate this 37-year-old-company by raising a glass of Cold Spring beer and enjoying complimentary snacks provided by ELTC, while meeting ELTC’s staff, board members and volunteers. The brewery will donate part of the proceeds to this unique theater that was the first in the nation with the mission of producing early American classics and provocative adaptations of American literature and history. Contributions help the company to continue to educate, entertain and enlighten.
Cold Spring Brewery at Historic Cold Spring Village is located on Route 626, 733 Seashore Rd., three miles north of Victorian Cape May and a mile and a half west of the southern terminus of the Garden State Parkway.
Historic Cold Spring Village is a nonprofit, open-air living history museum that portrays the daily life of a rural South Jersey community of the Early American period. It features 27 restored historic structures on a 30-acre site. Admission during the season is $12 for adults and $10 for children ages 3 to 12. Children under 3 are admitted free. Unlimited free admission is available with Village membership. For more information on events, membership, volunteering or booking private affairs, please call (609) 898-2300 or visit the Village website at www.hcsv.org.
