COURT HOUSE — The TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, recently donated $9,000 to Cape Regional Medical Center’s Parish Nurse Program as part of the foundation’s commitment to giving back to the community.
The funds from the TD Charitable Foundation will support the Parish Nurse Program’s Community Outreach Initiatives through health fairs, community health and wellness education, free health screenings and support groups.
“With gratitude, we thank the TD Charitable Foundation for their generosity and commitment to the health and wellness of the residents of Cape May County,” stated Bonnie Kratzer, RN, Coordinator of Parish Nursing and Center for Lifestyle Management at Cape Regional Medical Center. “These funds will go to further our reach through programs like Faithful Families, Caregiver Education, and Take Control of Your Health Chronic Disease Self-Management Course.”
