Sunshine Dentistry Helped Spread Free Smiles with Dentistry From The Heart

Dr. Eric V. Thomas and Dr. Melanie Lee of Sunshine Dentistry helped change lives this past Saturday, March 19 with the latest Dentistry From The Heart event. During this event, Dr. Thomas, Dr. Lee, Sunshine Dentistry staff members and volunteers from the Cape May County Vocational-Technical School’s dental program offered free smiles to anyone 18 years and older who needed dental work.
Dr. Thomas shared that it is his pleasure to service our community in which he sees a great need for dental help. In total, the event helped 57 people from the community, and Dr. Thomas said he couldn’t have done it without the help of the 50 staff members and volunteers.
Dentistry From The Heart (DFTH) is a national nonprofit organization with a simple mission – making people smile. Founded in 2001, DFTH was created to aid those in need, including the growing population of under-insured Americans.
