Dr. Eric V. Thomas of Sunshine Dentistry helped change lives this past Friday, March 31 with the latest Dentistry From The Heart event. During this event, Dr. Thomas and Sunshine Dentistry staff members offered free smiles to anyone 18 years and older who needed dental work. Additionally, Dr. Al Harris and Dr. Brad Plasha of Marmora Family Dental volunteered their time to help with fillings and oral surgery, and Dr. Michael Toohey and his staff from East Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, LLC volunteered to help with surgical extractions.
Dr. Thomas shared that it is his pleasure to service our community and pay it forward the best way he and his staff know how – through dentistry! By 5 a.m. there were 50 people lined up outside of Sunshine Dentistry, and in total, the event helped 73 people from the community.
