COURT HOUSE – The Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation accepted a $2,000 gift from Sturdy Savings Bank this month, at Atlantic Cape’s Cape May County Campus. The donation is the final payment toward a $10,000 pledge for the college’s Create Opportunity Campaign that supports Atlantic Cape scholarships for low- to moderate-income students.
“Atlantic Cape is grateful to Sturdy Savings Bank for their continued support of our students. Sturdy Savings Bank’s donation to the Capital & Scholarship Campaign is an investment that will create opportunity for many promising students,” said Dr. Peter L. Mora, president of Atlantic Cape.
In past years, Sturdy Savings Bank has supported the Atlantic Cape Foundation Scramble “Fore” Scholarships Golf Tournament, the Restaurant Gala and the Cape May Fundraiser.
