Sturdy Savings Bank recently presented a sponsorship check to the Middle Township Police Department for their summer Police Youth Camp.
The goal for the camp is to foster healthy interactions between police and youth. The campers will begin their day at the police academy in Cape May Court House with drills and physical training. This will be followed with activities and field trips. Through a partnership with Cape Assist, the youth will also receive daily life skill lessons that will be tied to activities and reinforced throughout the day.
“We are proud to support our youth and the programs that assist and educate them,” said Sturdy Savings Bank President Jerry Reeves.
