Stone Harbor Bargain Hunters Don’t Let Drizzle Ditch Day

STONE HARBOR — Light drizzle did not deter determined bargain hunters Sat., Aug. 25 as they converged on the 96th Street sidewalks of the business district to celebrate the annual Merchants Sidewalk Sale.
Merchants displayed an array of merchandise from shirts and dresses to jewelry and pet toys.
The outdoor sale began at 9 a.m. and continued until 4 p.m. Merchants then conducted sales inside their stores until 10 p.m.
