Sock N Roll is a self-service laundromat which offers brand new, up-to-date washing machines and dryers. There are 20 washers and 24 dryers, all of which range in size from 20 to 80 pound capacities. Sock N Roll provides all of your laundry essentials with a vending machine full of soaps, dryer sheets, softeners and more. Sock N Roll accepts debit, credit, coin and EBT, and pricing is competitive with other laundromats in the area. Additionally, Sock N Roll offers free WiFi and televisions for waiting customers.
Owners Roberto and Cielo Gonzalez are excited to bring a clean and welcoming laundromat to the community. Roberto and Cielo are no strangers to Wildwood’s business community, as they have owned and operated Comercial Mexicana grocery store next door for 17 years. For a long time, they searched for a stable business to fill the neighboring vacant space. After learning that the nearby housing lacked reliable washing machines, they decided opening a laundromat at this location would be a great opportunity for both them and the residents of Wildwood. The unique name of the laundromat, Sock N Roll, ties the new business into Wildwood’s doo-wop theme perfectly.
Sock N Roll is located at 3800 New Jersey Ave., Wildwood, and is currently open seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Look out for an upcoming ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome the new business to the community!
