SEA ISLE CITY – During “Girls Weekend,” Fri.-Sun., March 23-25, Sea Isle City’s business community will offer special discounts and bargains created just for ladies. Sponsored by the Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization, the annual shopping-and-dining bonanza always attracts savvy-minded consumers who know a great deal when they see one.
Girls Weekend will feature discounts at restaurants, boutiques, salons and specialty shops all over town. The bargains will range from 50 percent off discounts on clothing and buy-on-get-one-free deals on shoes, to must-try culinary specials and reduced prices on top-shelf cocktails. There will also be wine tastings, live music, dancing, an ice-cream social, free gift cards with purchase and free refreshments at select businesses.
“Girls Weekend is always a success and it grows bigger and bigger each year,” said Colleen Falcone, owner of Groovy Girlz Accessory Boutique. “Women work very hard, and spending a few days at the shore with family and friends is a great way to rejuvenate while taking advantage of some great bargains.
