CAPE MAY – Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC) held its second annual homemade scarecrow contest and the results are decorating Scarecrow Alley at the Emlen Physick Estate.
The scarecrows range from ghoulishly gruesome to foolishly funny, according to a MAC press release.
The scarecrows were created and sponsored in one of three categories: “Individuals or Families,” “Clubs, Organizations, Non-profits, Churches and Schools,” and “Businesses.
The Annual Halloween parade scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 24 will end at the Physick Estate and all participants and visitors during the parade will be encouraged to vote for their favorite scarecrow.
