Safe, Exciting, Competitive is Katz Hallmark

Katz Cheer and Gymnastics Academy is a fully equipped, state of the art cheer and gymnastics facility, the only one of its kind in Cape May County.
The facility includes a 54’X42’ spring regulation cheer floor, air trak, X-Treme tumble trak, air floor, air trak mini mountain kiddie climber, parent viewing room, reception area, and air-conditioned break room.
Offered at the facility are a variety of programs such as competition cheer teams, gymnastics classes, summer clinics and camps in cheer and gymnastics, private lessons, and special events including birthday parties and facility rental. All of the classes and teams offered are for males and females of any age and are available in all ability levels.
A major focus of the facility is the Katz All-Stars cheerleading teams, which were founded in 1997 and have been under the instruction of owners Lorri Hansen, Danielle Wilson, and Krystina Cohen since 2000.
They believe in providing safe, exciting, and competitive cheerleading to the residents of Cape May, Cumberland, and Atlantic counties, and since 2000, Katz teams have won over 100 different National Championship titles.
As always, no experience is necessary to join one of the teams, as there is a place for everyone in the Katz family. Teams are offered beginning at age three, and due to the addition of an open team last season, cheerleaders out of high school can still cheer.
Katz Cheer and Gymnastics Academy is excited to announce the incorporation of two additional teams to our program.
The addition of a special needs team will be a way for Katz to give back to their community as they offer a chance for children to get involved in cheerleading that would normally not get the opportunity, free of competition and tuition charge.
Our brand new dance competition team will be coached by James William, who attended University of the Arts, has danced for 15 years, and has worked with many renowned dance companies across the world as a choreographer, dancer, and judge.
William will also be the tumbling coach for the competitive teams and is joined by an amazing cheerleading staff including Wendy Loeffler, Nicole Hearon, Shannon Duffy, Andrielle Walter, and Amanda Arnold.
Together, this extraordinary staff brings with them their knowledge of cheerleading, gymnastics, and dance, taught in a friendly, family-oriented environment where safety, fun, and excitement always take precedence!
