Ryan Homes Plans April 20 Gala at Osprey Cove

COURT HOUSE — To celebrate the grand opening of its latest collection of homes here Ryan Homes is hosting a complimentary grand opening luncheon at its new Osprey Cove community on April 20, from noon to 4 p.m.
Interested buyers are invited to enjoy lunch, learn more about that new community, and sign up to join the VIP mailing list, for regular updates on Osprey Cove as it develops, according to a release.
Osprey Cove will feature a selection of home designs from Ryan Homes, priced from the low $290’s.
“Dramatic architectural elements will be visible throughout the homes and, depending on the model, homes may include a soaring two-story entry foyer, formal living and dining rooms, a spacious owner’s suite with tray ceiling, sitting room, and luxurious bath with corner soaking tub,” the release stated.
The open floor plans feature up to 2, 877 square feet of living space, up to four bedrooms, two and a half baths and up to a two-car garage.
Homes may be further personalized with options such as fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with center island, and more.
Osprey Cove is near Garden State Parkway, Route 9 and Route 147.
Osprey Cove is selling from it sister community, Meadow Valley Estates.
The sales center is open Monday 2 to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Directions: Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 6. Turn on Route 147 West (Indian Trail Road) past Route 9. Turn left on Pennsylvania Avenue. Community is on right.
