Realtors Earn SFR Certification

By Herald Staff

VILLAS — Daniel J. Senico, broker/owner of Apex Realty, Inc. in Lower Township is announced that three of his associates have earned the nationally recognized Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification.
Debbie Colubiale, Theresa Senico and Lisa Priole are all full time realtors and understand the need to continue to advance their skills and knowledge in the ever-changing real estate industry. All three associates have their broker licenses among other designations.
According to a recent NAR survey, nearly one-third of all existing homes sold recently were either short sales or foreclosures. For many real estate professionals, short sales are the new “traditional” transaction. Realtors who have earned the SFR certification know how to help seller with the complexities of a short sale as well as help buyers pursue short sales and foreclosure properties.
Foreclosures and shore sales can offer opportunities for home buyers and benefit the larger community, but it is extremely important to have the help of a real estate professional like a realtor who has earned the SFR certification for these kinds of purchases.
Those having a difficult time making mortgage payments or facing foreclosure may want to contact Colubiale, Senico or Priole at 609-886-6000.
