Hogarty Joins By the Sea Realty as Broker
CAPE MAY — Kathy Hogarty has recently joined By the Sea Realty here as a broker associate.
According to a release, “She brings a background in marketing from 25 years as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies and also as a local Realtor in Cape May for the past seven years.
“Hogarty, a Cape May Point resident, loves real estate.
“She served on the board of Habitat for Humanity for a number of years and is a member of the Planning Board in Cape May Point.
Since Hogarty has been involved in real estate, she has received sales awards each year and also has been interviewed twice about local area real estate by the New York Times.
