CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Patrick M. Kane, M.D. has joined the Medical Staff at Cape Regional Health System. Dr. Kane’s expertise focuses on orthopaedic hand and upper extremity surgery. This specialty includes osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, upper extremity trauma, soft tissue reconstruction and compressive neuropathies, such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
Dr. Kane currently serves as Assistant Professor in Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. He also serves as Director of Clinical Research for the Hand Rehabilitation Foundation of Philadelphia. He received his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J. He completed his graduate medical education at Brown University, Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, R.I. where he also served his Fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery. In addition, Dr. Kane served his Fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at The Philadelphia Hand Center, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
