Parker Wins Real Estate Award

CAPE MAY — By the Sea Realty has announced that Richard “Rich” Parker has received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award.
Rich earned this award for outstanding sales during the year 2008.
Rich has been a resident of Cape May County for almost 25 years, moving here after falling in love with the area during a tour of duty with the U.S. Coast Guard.
He resides in Erma with his wife Kathy, a teacher at Lower Cape May Regional H.S. and his two daughters.
Rich has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing and successfully owned and operated a business in Cape May County.
He has been active in real estate for over two years and is experienced in all phases of assisting sellers and buyers.
His hobbies include amateur radio (KB2STV), collecting and restoring older radios, and fishing and boating.
