PHILADELPHIA – Bill Oetinger of Cape May, has joined Citizens Bank as Mortgage Sales Manager for southern New Jersey. He is building a team of mortgage loan originators for Citizens in from his office in Haddon Heights.
Oetinger has been in the mortgage business for 15 years. He came to Citizens from Prime Lending, where he was an area manager. He originates a wide range of mortgage programs, including both conventional and government loans. Oetinger graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree.
