WILDWOOD — Ocean Property Management Corp. has announced that its lodging management division will be operating the Dawn and Nova Motels this season. According to a release, those two properties will be served by the same team of hotel and motel professionals that has managed other lodging properties in Cape May County for nearly a quarter century.
“We certainly appreciate the opportunity to serve the owners of these two motels in this challenging season,” said OPMC President Carolyn MacElrevey when she announced the latest additions to Ocean Property’s portfolio of managed properties.
Regional Manager Penny Bucsek will be working with Senior Account Manager and OPMC office Manager
Danielle Vuolo and property manager Jean Rey to assure the season is profitable and successful for their new owner, Dawn and Nova Ventures, Inc.
Rey has been on-site motel manager for other OPMC managed properties so the Dawn and Nova will be served by a team of experienced professionals.
“We are confident this will be a good season for the Wildwoods By-the-Sea,” Bucsek said at the management team’s first meeting, “and the Dawn and Nova will benefit from an excellent location adjacent to the beach, boardwalk, convention center and the Fox Park events field.”
Ocean Property will be offering the same full range of services including on-line reservations, the proprietary Ocean Property VIP Guest Discount Card, an aggressive guest services program, and the menu of OPMC vacation and events packages that have been so popular with guests at other Ocean Property managed motels.
Ocean Property’s principals manage local motel, hotel, condotel, and condominium properties from 15 to more than 500 units. They have also managed Marriott, Hilton, Ramada, Days Inn and other well known franchise hotels outside Cape May County.
“We appreciate the opportunity to provide our ‘hands on’ management style for the Dawn and Nova,” MacElrevey stated.
