Mother, Daughter Team Joins RE/MAX

SEA ISLE CITY — RE/MAX Beach Home Realty recently welcomed the mother-daughter team of Annamarie Germanio and Terese Jones.
Germanio is the newest broker associate. Germanio specializes in sales and rentals of shore vacation homes and investment properties; as well as primary homes through out Cape May and Atlantic Counties.
Jones is the firm’s newest sales associate and Children’s Miracle Network contributor.
Germanio joined RE/MAX with 31 years of real estate experience. She and her daughter frequently work as a team. Germanio was previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker, and has been a winner of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Circle of Excellence for many years, including the NJAR Distinguished Sales Award.
Jones joined RE/MAX from Coldwell Banker. She will provide professional service and marketing skills for properties in all price ranges. She is accessible and provides caring, personal assistance, according to a release.
Germanio holds the e-PRO certification, is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, the South Jersey Ballroom Dance Club, and is a Tourism Commissioner in Sea Isle City.
She also contributes regularly to the Children’s Miracle Network. RE/MAX is the exclusive sponsor for CMN, a national non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for children’s hospitals.
