Carol Sawyer, president of the Middle Township Chamber of Commerce, welcomed Tony Monzo and Dan Reeves, of Monzo Catanese Hillegass Attorney at Law to the August membership meeting held at Radzieta Funeral Home on August 19. Tony and Dan spoke to the Chamber members about the importance of periodically reviewing a business’s organizational documents to ensure the documents are consistent with the objectives of the owners of the business, especially after significant changes in the law occur, such as the New Jersey Legislature’s adoption of the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act, which took effect in 2013.
