Middle Chamber Announces Award Nominees

On April 4th, the Middle Township Chamber of Commerce will present “2014 Business of the Year” certificates to businesses that have a positive impact on our community. Our goal is to recognize businesses for their service to the public and the business community of Middle Township. Per Chamber President, Carol Sawyer, “we use this evening to celebrate the success of all membership businesses that make our economy & community thrive.”
Chamber members are asked to cast their vote to choose one recipient from each of the following categories.
Automotive Sales & Products: Burke Motor Group, Discount Hydraulics, Martindale’s Auto Service, Mossbrook’s Tire & Auto Center and Wetty’s Auto Detailing
Professional Services: Concerned Citizens of Whitesboro, Holy Redeemer, Paramount Air Services, Rob Gleason State Farm Insurance and TD Bank
Dining Establishments: Bellevue Tavern, Hugits Steaks & Things, Ice Cream Station, McDonalds and Totally Take-Out
Retail: Avalon Carpet Tile & Flooring, Cape 47 Lumber Fence & Stone Company, Just Sports, Osborne’s Furniture & Bedding and Seagar’s Smoke Shop
Recreation & Entertainment: Doctor’s Inn, Jesse Creek Winery, Pier 47, Shore Gate Golf Club and Wetland’s Institute Personal Services: A&C Septic Services, A Hair Affair, Douglass Monuments, Model Cleaner & Laundry and Windrift Kennels
Trade Contractor: CPW Plumbing & Heating, Islander Lawn Care, Joseph C. Ruffing Roofing, Schafer Mechanical Service and The Tree Surgeon
The recipients of the “2014 Business of the Year” will be announced at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner, April 4th held at the “Links Club” Stone Harbor Golf Club.
