SEAVILLE — On Thurs. April 14, C. A. McCann & Sons Realtors and Philadelphia Mortgage Advisors sponsored a Buyer’s Seminar at Seashore Real Estate School in Seaville. The seminar was attended by potential buyers looking for information regarding qualifications and programs available to them.
Guest speaker, Mark Cassidy, senior vice president and New Jersey regional manager of Philadelphia Mortgage Advisors, took questions and provided current information on qualifications, time frames for closing, appraisal times and some beneficial programs.
Cassidy mentioned that at this time in history, not only are the interest rates down but home prices are also down, making this a fantastic opportunity for potential home buyers to invest in their future.
There are programs allowing 100 percent financing in qualified areas to qualified buyers with interest rates under 6 perent. C.A. McCann Realtors plans to sponsor additional educational and professional seminars in the future.
