Matthew Iannone Is CMCAR’s 2013 Realtor of the Year

COURT HOUSE — Matthew Iannone, broker/owner of Freda Real Estate of Sea Isle City, is Cape May County Association of REALTORS® (CMCAR®) 2013 REALTOR® of the Year. This annual award recognizes one member of CMCAR® who demonstrates a commitment to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, the furtherance of good real estate practices among real estate licensees and the general public, and dedication to the organization.
Iannone, the current 2013 CMCAR® President, will mark his place in CMCAR® history next year serving his third term as the newly re-elected 2014 CMCAR® President. He was also President in 1998. No other CMCAR® member has served more than two terms as President in the history of the organization. A seasoned REALTOR® since 1973, Iannone holds an Insurance Producer License, a Real Estate Instructor’s license and has worked for the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
Giving back to the community, Iannone is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Revitalization of Sea Isle City and the Cape May County Special School District Education Foundation, dedicated to the special needs of children and adults in Cape May County.
Along with all the REALTORS® of the Year selected by other New Jersey local boards/associations of REALTORS®, Iannone will be honored by NJAR® during the Triple Play REALTOR® Convention & Trade Expo in Atlantic City on Dec. 10.
